Window design ideas March 2019: Brown Thomas, Dunnes Stores, Hugo Boss, Louis Copeland, Oasis
Spring starts in March and so does the new life and the new beginnings. Spring window designs bring a fresh and sometimes metaphorical window ideas. Since all pictures from my gallery this month comes from Dublin, Ireland, there must be some St Patrick celebration accents too.
March 2019 window design at Brown Thomas celebrates St Patrick’s day with Eighties inspired Neon Green while Mango reveals the pastel trends and recalls the Pantone’s Pepper Stem green as well as Terrarium Moss.
Hugo Boss, Best Menswear and Hobbs explore shades of pastel blue and Louis Copeland and Dunnes Stores present a ‘cloudy’ window scheme.
Here is the March 2019 window design ideas gallery.
Brown Thomas windows explore the movement concept in a literal and symbolical perspective. Four creative window design schemes tells one story depicted in a Spring Summer 2019 trendy neon green lights against neutral white background.
Each one of them use the common slogans related to the movement represented by the oversized props like the gigantic wheel or the ladders. All the mannequins and products on display take part of the story and illustrate the message.
Let’s look closer at the windows and their metaphorical slogans.
Window 1: The Wheels Scheme: Big Weals Keep on Turning.
It’s not a race. It’s a Journey. Enjoy the moment
Window 2: The Ladder Scheme: Move Up
What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, and what if you fly?
Window 3: The ‘Passage’ Scheme: Every Exit Has Its Entrance
Open the door. It may lead you to some place never expected.
Window 4: The Street Lights scheme: You’ve Got the green Light
When you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine
It is a great Spring window design concept that marks strongly not only the new collection at Brown Thomas but also creates significant meaningful context to the products on display. The oversized props and slogans (see the great font used) are easily readable and understood to a passerby.
